Hi MFP friends

Just joined today, started my Fitness and healthy eating regime yesterday. (may I say "DIET" ? here?)
Just spent an hour filling it all in and am amazed it's free.. whats the catch?
Looking forward to losing weight, fitting in my summer wardrobe and not aching so much.
My dad has dementia and his tact button is now faulty.. he told me over christmas what a "large' lady I was and it damned near broke my heart (silly old fool I am, I know).
Anyway, onward and upward. That's my defining moment, for sure. That and I feel like Im about to go pop…
Happy New yYear everyone, lets get this thing DONE! :D

    Feel free to add me..... Motivation helps push the the hard parts. My grandma said similar things to me.... It hurts but they don't mean it to be that harsh. Previous generation are far more blunt. They still love us! :)
