Yes, no, and sometimes. Your caloric intake for weight loss should be based on your current weight and activity level. If, for instance, you weight x amount of lbs. you must eat less than y amount of calories to lose weight. Obviously, over time both the x and y values will reduce as you lose weight. When you consider the addition of excercise, this is just another variable that will increase the calorie deficit. So as you lose weight, consume less calories to continue to lose weight. :smokin:

All the formulas in the world ain't gonna help you if you're counting green tea as water, omitting raspberry keytones, and consuming sugar. Otherwise the agree ability to of said posters for pie and bacon is without question a non-boondoggle.0

There is this one odd rule that you must follow and tummy fat will go down. I don't remember it off hand, but if you look around the site I think you will see ads for it if you are lucky.
