    No, they are definitely not for the beginner, either. But I tried to put some things in here that would be challenging for the advanced exercisers too. And healthy habits are about 100% completion. Healthy habits should be 85% of the time and the other 15% of the time, relax and enjoy life! I don't expect anyone to do all 30 days. I certainly won't!

    I only did 30 Crazy 8's. Just too busy of a day to do them all. That, and after the last set of 5 my upper body was fried and said "NO MORE PUSH UPS!" :bigsmile:
