Here's an informative interactive infographic I came across that ranks "superfoods" according to their current scientific basis in fact. A few surprising ones at the 'no evidence' end of the scale.

There's one on that website for supplements, too - I was really surprised at some of it. It links to research for each item based on the particular benefit claims, so lots of stuff shows up multiple times. When this came out I dropped a number of supplements. I'm glad there's one for foods now.
