    Walking 30 minutes on my treadmill. I've been having trouble staying on for more than 15. Not that I was tired from it...just didn't want to do it. I'm more motivated now.

    Blasting the song Wagon Wheel in the car on the way to drop my kids off at school. We were all singing along and when the part the says "I caught a trucker out of Philly, had a nice long toke" came on my 7 y\o son sings at top of his lungs "i caught a trucker outta Philly, had a nice long talk". Just made me smile at his innocence.

    That, and she gave me an extra shot of espresso for free. Win.
