Refocusing ;)

I am not new, I am just returning. I din't fall off the wagon, I threw myself and kept myself on the ground. NOW, I am refocused and ready to not only jump back on the wagon but to become the damn conductor of such
A lil about myself: I don't diet, I never have and I never will, I simply eat what I want when I want it but in moderation. I don't workout because I want to be skinny, I do so because I find it to be the best antidepressant there is. I don't have a weight goal nor do I have a size goal, what I do have is a complete health goal, to become the person I am meant to be: mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Here is my plan for becoming that person:
#1 gain control, doesn't matter if my hands are on the stirring wheel if someone else is controlling the car via remote
#2 Focus, don't lose sight of my goals even when I stumble and fall
#3 Commit, to living because life is only one and it is meant to be lived not just observed
#4 Take responsibility, because blaming others for my own downfalls can only keep me from personal growth and achieving my goals
#5 Love - starting with myself; create long lasting relationships, take the time to create memories with those I love and care about.
With the above said - I am looking to add some peeps to my friends list who are looking to live and enjoy life to the fullest or who already do and who's goal is complete health - not a simple focus of a number on the scale.
