I don't sing out loud but I do lip sync when I'm doing my cardio. If there's a good song playing I'll boogie down in between sets sometimes. :blushing:

ETA: I am the Sweaty, singer, naked old guy.

Although I am not that old. More just naked with my towel over my shoulder.

It's all good. I'm the naked lady. Not old either, but I like to sing, dance and be naked. This is a really good workout and errbody should try it often. If the weight doesn't come right off as I promised, I will refund all your clothes.
