What is the best way for me to log the physical therapy that I am doing for my knee? I am usually actively moving and doing conditioning/strengthening type exercises with some weights and resistance for about 1 hour.

I also had physical therapy for my knee and back as well. Since you have to be mindfull of your injury and concentrate on building back strength to support the knee, it is not as intense as circuit training. But as you know it is still a work out. My suggestion is that If you have a HRM wear it and see how many caories you burn then list it as a custom work out under cardio. Everyone's therapy is so different and it changes as you get stronger so it would be hard to guess otherwise.
