2 Month Get fit Challenge - Who's In?

For more than a decade I have been working out religiously, that's it's become almost a habit. After 2 days of inactivity I'd start to feel gross and agitated. With the demands of my new job and relationship I have fallen off the bandwagon for a little shy of a year! This is starting to make me feel a little depressed. Exercise used to be a habit, now seems like a depressing chore.

My co-worker started a pool with his friends a 2 month get fit challenge. People weigh in their BMI and at the end of it the person with the biggest change wins. Who is with me?

  • I would be in but I'm not sure bmi is the best way to go. I'd say overall inches might be a better comp.
