How to not stray away from my diet?

Hi, I've recently gone on a diet, but I find it very hard to stick to, especially when my other family members are not on a diet. What should I do to stay on track and stay away from the unhealthy food? Thanks - MV

Learn some portion control and then you can eat with your loved-ones.0 -
if you're able to stray from your diet then you're setting yourself up for failure. just work in the stuff you want to eat (and plan to eat for the rest of your life) into your calories0
