:smile: Hi. Im Mitika. I am using my fitness pal for a little extra motivation. I am finally feeling as if I can reach my goals. Been on and off for the past few years. Spent the last few months evaluating myself. My question was why do I get to a certain weigh and go back to my old habits. I found that doing this really help you learn yourself. I must say this is truly a journey. I believe all my upsets and failure will pay off.
