Getting the old me back after injury

Hi! I'm Martha from SC. I've been a here and there member for a while, but this is really it. I suffered two major injuries (broken elbow and hip stress fracture) last year, and have just gotten back to exercising. I've gained about 30 pounds, and it needs to go!
I am looking for motivation and accountability-and I'd be happy to do the same for you!
My goals this year:
Go from size 10 to a size 4
Run a half marathon
Do strength training at least 2 times a week
Eat smaller portions EVERYDAY! DON'T GIVE IN!

2014 will be a good year!
