Helping my Father

My mother recently passed away, and I am worried about my father being home alone. I was thinking a food delivery service would be helpful for him, and give him one less thing to be concerned about. Does anyone have any suggestions for programs in the Chicago area? I want something that is more fresh and healthy and has less sodium than nutrisystem.
