Not new but never introduced myself

Hey everyone. While I am not new to MFP, I am more focused than ever on making a better lifestyle for myself and my family. I re-started using MFP to help track and improve my eating habits which is my resolution for the year. A little about me, I am a disabled military veteran so working out is difficult. I am able to use eliptical trainers and stationary bikes but running is too painful and I can't lift heavy weights as my injury is back related. I found a good workout routine in eliptical training, walking with my family, and light weight/high rep strength exercises. Now it is about eating right on top of all that.

Hello.
I'm not new and I've struggled to stay on track. It's not like I don't think about MFP and when I'm not here an old friend sends me an e-mail to check on me. I'm eating so much better and really don't like sodas anymore, which is huge!
I'm also a disabled military vet (back injury) and I am permitted to walk or swim or use elliptical.
Add me if you need a friend.
Best wishes as you continue your journey.
