joined up as I want some diet accountability. seems like a good way to go when logging diets each day and daily food!
I am pretty good with workouts as I can always workout and pretty obsessed. hopefully looking for some people to help me with diet and I can help you with keeping on track with workouts. heres was my progress over the last year if you are interested
