Should I eat more?

Should I eat more just to reach my goal even if not hungry? Sometimes I dont even hit 1200 calories and I am not hungry...

    Yes you should reach your target goal as close as possible. Your body will not burn fat if it thinks its going into a starvation period. Your body is very smart. If it thinks it is not gonna get the calories it needs its going to keep what it has. If your trying to lose fat you actually need to eat fat!!!! All in moderation. Your body will use carbs first so make sure you give your body fuel to burn. You dont want to start burning muscle!!!!!!! Just my opinion.
