Day 2 for me on this MFP and so far so good. I can tell already that I am making correct choices in food and not just reverting back to the easy options.... homemade veg soup for tea with some cibatta bread followed by a walk with my pooch and hubby xxx

Always remember why and who you are doing this for (mainly yourself, but for family doesn't hurt either!)
