Just started 30 day shred, can anyone tell me how many calories I should log for level one.

    You burn 1.1 per lb. so 150lb x 1.1 =175 cal burned

    From what I've read on here is more about inch loss than calorie burn.
    I'm going to start killer buns and thighs this week.... apparently I might not be able to walk,or sit afterwards!!!
