Intense cardio video

Looking for some high intensity cardio to do at home. Preferably short tabata or HIIT. However everything i'm finding on youtube is either using a lot of equipment or needs a lot of squats and stuff, I already do heavy lifting so really want something thats more pure cardio, jumping round, running on the spot whatever, even kicking and punching, but if I do another jump squat I am going to break haha. Anyone got any good sites?

This.. or if you want shorter, try T25. Its Insanity but packed into 25 minutes.

insanity seconded. but if you don't have 45 minutes to 90 in month two, go with T25, les mills combat, or insanity asylum.
I also hear rush fit is quite good aswell.

Thanks everyone :) have done insanity in the past but will look into T25. Will look into rushfit as well. I really like tapout, but don't always have time and I find it to hard after leg days. I know I sound like a wuss haha but really wanna make sure I recover properly as well since lifting is my main thing.
  • and if lifting is your main thing throwing a bunch of insanity vids in may make it even harder to recover the intensity is so high.
t25 maybe your best bet then.
