Hey all,
I'm looking to get back in shape. I've been letting myself go since the end of my college days, but now that I'm 22 and it's a new year, I'm looking to get back to my desired weight of 195 pounds. Right now i'm at 210. I'll be starting a diary/journal later today with my diet and exercise routine.
