Hi Im Kriz, and I am back on the working out wagon and eating smart. Its tough! But I am motivated especially because I have a trip planned for April. Ideally I would like to lose at least 10 pounds by April. Im currently 155 and I just had my 1st baby 10 months ago. :smile: 155 is my pre-pregnancy weight, so although I went back to what I was, I really want to go down some more. My biggest issue is my Stomach Bloatness! ( Big Sigh)
