This is what I did...

I bought the honeysuckle thing of ground turkey.
I had pace medium salsa in the fridge about a quarter of it left
I mixed the two in a bowl
added some itilian style bread crumbs (because I didnt want them to be too runny)
added some adobo all purpose seasoning

mixed
sprayed a pan with olive oil and fried

I also took wax paper and cut into squares and used the left over mixture and made more patties. Placed the wax paper between each patty and froze for about 15 mins on a plate before sticking them into a freezer bag.

They are DELICIOUS! I did make a sandwich out of this. Using wheat bread, topped it with plain greek yogurt and a little bit of "mister mustard" honey flavor.

I made enough for 5 more burgers which is 5 meals because just one is very filling. And I could deal without the bread on these too! Its so good.

  • oh I diced up some onion (the purple one) and added that too but not much since it kills my eyes to cut!
