Been here a while but want to start anew

Hi all

I'm a mid-30s Brit living in NZ.

I've been at MFP a while but want to start anew.

Had fantastic results using MFP a few years ago but have since let my fitness levels wane.

I hadn't really stopped doing any exercise but I wasn't really keeping track of my food. I've ended up with more energy going in to my body than what was going out and as a result I have around 10kgs to budge.

I haven't made any new year resolutions as such but I have kicked off the year by changing the intensity of my exercise, evaluating the food that goes in my belly and the way I keep track of it all.
