Android apps

I downloaded eight workout apps in my phone: legs, arms, butt, shoulders, abs, chest, back and waist. They have different series, but I'm just starting, so I'm doing the 3' routines for each one of them. At the end of the routine, the app tells you the "amount of calories you burned". They all say that you burn something bewteen 120-300+ calories for each, which I know it's insane! So, what I'm doing to enter it in MFP is add all the crazy amounts it tells me, and just consider the 10% of it. I end entering something along 180 cal for a 24' workout total. I know is very difficult to estimate, but do you think I'm under/over estimating? I would like to be as precise as possible, but I'd really prefer to underestimate instead of overestimate...
