late night hunger help

So I had an early dinner like around 6pm and now I am hungry again. I am considering making a banana smoothie, would that be a good idea at this time? Or should I go for something different?

    Protein and fat tend to be the most filling macro nutrients.

    If you have the calories eat whatever you want. Better yet, look at your macros and seek to get closer to them with this.
