Which of these new releases do you think is the best? I am planning p90x3 doubles then doing focus t25 but has anyone gotten further than day 3 of x3 of any of month 2 and 3 of t25

I've done more T25 workouts than I have P90X3, so my review is a bit skewed.............but I really like T25 as a whole.
Let me get a few more X3 workouts in, and maybe my position might change.

I've only done CVX and The Warrior. Both are pretty good workouts, but not good enough to jump over T25 as a favorite.
I have always had a special place in my DVD player for both Shaun T and Tony Horton.

Dan & Rachel (Les Mills Combat & Pump) are working their way up, but for now they will have to accept being a close 2nd (Shaun T and Tony are tied at 1st).

i like the tony horton's programs better because they use dumbells outside of the asylum series. i like the resistance training perfered to body weight exercises.

then im absolutely looking forward to t25 after x3!
  • I did T-25 Alpha beta and Gamma. Alpha and Beta are mostly cadio, Gama is weight with the exception of speed 3.0 (amazing cardio workout). I am officially on week 1 of p90x3, however unofficially I am 2 weeks in. Very different kind of workout, so far strength training, agility and flexibility...I am sure that it will get much harder in week 5. I hope that helps...
