Third times a charm!!.... Right?

This is my THIRD time trying this... So really, I guess I keep coming back to this because I do really wanna get fit. But for some reason I can't really find the motivation to work out and eat right on my own.... I need someone to push me... Someone to make goals with, exercise with, and eat right with.... Basically I need a really really motivated partner... Any takers?

Yes I can help you if you can do the same for me. As you know it is about lasting change, not only in appearance but also in behavior. So the mindset is really important I find. Goodbye indulged deserts and bad food forever and workout is part of your live. The most difficult thing is to get started and into a routine to workout 5 times a week. And it is important to set yourself these small goals along the way. I think the thing that motivates me the most is when I see results. Could feeling better, more energy etc. Let me know what motivates you!0
