As some of you are aware, I quit exercising a few months back because of sore ankles - specifically tendonitis.
I wanted to come on here to tell people about wobble board training and pilates.
Your ankles are soooo important in our routines. They take a lot of impact in running and lifting and the flexbibility is important to ensure further injuries arent occurred.
I got myself a wobble board and the transformation has been terrific. The ankles feel much more supple and together with Pilates every morning for 30 minutes I feel like i can resume the 30 Day Shred.
Lesson learnt - dont ignore your flexibility or lack of.
