Would like to add friends who are based in the UK (I'm in London/Surrey) and have a similar calorie target to me (1200 per day).
My name is Niki and I'm 22.
SW: 178 lbs
GW: 150 lbs
UGW: 140 lbs
Really keen to learn about healthy foods/recipes and different exercise method.
