Hey there,

My name is Arne, I´m from Germany and here since a while.

After I fell of the wagon a few month ago and than get injured, I gained so much fat back sad

So it´s new year and the will is back to become the best I ever could be. Want to finish my first triathlon this year
and get shred of 10 kg/ 22 lb.
I need some nice friends to stay with me, logg, have fun together and get this done!

I am also very supportive, knowing lot´s of nutrition things and workouts (yes, I´ve not ever been this unhealthy, wobbling person ohwell ).

    Hi Arne good to see a fellow German. I live in the UK.

    I'll add you. I'm trying to loose about 8-10kg and get in shape. Could do with motivation and am happy to motivate :)
