Needing a wake up call!

Hi, I'm 21 years old and Im struggling to lose the 25 extra lbs I put on after High School and getting married, I want this change for me, I miss the old body I used to have, I would actually love to lose 30-35 lbs but I want to set a small goal for myself to reach at least 160.

My Highschool weight was 150
My Current weight is 175
My Goal weight is 145

    It's good to set small goals to start with - MFP is an excellent site and will inspire and motivate you to get back the body you deserve!:smile:

    145 is my goal weight, and I started close to where you are now! I'm proof that you can do this!!!!
