Needing a wake up call!

Hi, I'm 21 years old and Im struggling to lose the 25 extra lbs I put on after High School and getting married, I want this change for me, I miss the old body I used to have, I would actually love to lose 30-35 lbs but I want to set a small goal for myself to reach at least 160.
My Highschool weight was 150
My Current weight is 175
My Goal weight is 145

145 is my goal weight, and I started close to where you are now! I'm proof that you can do this!!!!0
