Hi all I'm a 51year old female who has been lucky enough never to have weight issues up until now. I have osteoarthritis of the lumbar spine and Fibromyalgia and due to lack of mobility I have gained 3 stone in weight. I am having a gallbladder op in 2 weeks and hoping to change my lifestyle ready for this and after recovery. I like red wine so that is going to stop. I am on a low fat diet due to gallstones and have always eaten healthy so I think if I ditch the wine and buy a cross trainer/cycle which I have researched and they are good for arthritic conditions I should lose the pounds. Fingers crossed and here's to a new start new year.
