Hey! Newbie Here

Hey Everyone,

Just downloaded the my fitness pal app for iphone last Thursday and absolutely loving it.

little about me: i'm 28, in nottingham, uk, started off at 15st 2lb, already losing weight (because i cheated and weighed myself early :) couldnt resist)

so anywho i'm a massive foody, and used to eat alot of junk food but sticking in there and hopefully this is a change for life.

oh and i did the typical new years thing and quit smoking too.

my girlfriend is doing this too, but she struggling on 1200 kcal limit.

anyway just thought i'd say hi and welcome anyone who wants to chat and share meal ideas.
