Off Weekend :-(

I had a horrible weekend!! I wasn't able to keep track of my food and was out of town. When I had weighed this morning it showed that I gained 1.5 pounds!!! I wasn't able to work out and my big weigh in is on Wednesday! I'm kicking it in high gear today though!!!! Planning great meals and last chance workouts :-)

What are some things that you all do to kickstart your weight loss and kick it in gear????

    If you ate out a lot of ate stuff that is processed its probably just sodium water gain, to gain 1.5lbs you would have to eat over 4000+ cals above your normal BMR

    What is BMR?? Gosh, I need to know more stuff about this weight loss stuff!!! I did eat out :-( It's hard when you're gone. I did try to eat salads and drink water, water, water, and more water!!!! Sodium is a beast!!!

    I was also going to say that you didn't gain 1.5 pounds over the weekend. Actually, I admit, that if I've had an off weekend, I am extra good on Monday and don't weigh in until Tuesday. It saves pain.

    You can't let the off weeks bother you. I gained 4 this week but I know next week will be better. Take today for what it is!

    Do not worry about yesterday or tomorrow. Just handle today and NOW and the rest will take care of itself!
