Personally, I follow the common sense diet, which didn't make the list. Some of the diets I have never heard of, others I know nothing about, but I ddid find it entertaining and interesting to read. Especially what ranked the lowest.

Nonsense. Complete and utter nonsense. I can't even respond to anything that rate Slim Fast, what #3? US New and World report is a sham.

Also known as the common sense diet? Haha. Evidently that is too complicated for some people.

That's difficult to commercially package and sell to make profit out of. Plus, it makes entirely too much practical sense and takes effort.

Although that's exactly what MFP is doing through calorie counting... even then people try to complicate it.

It feels like this when you try to explain common sense dieting to people:

LOL! Pretty accurate. The one answer that makes people's eyes glaze over when they ask "you what you're doing to have lost weight?" is "I watch what I'm eating and try to exercize"

That's just madness. . . or Sparta. I get them confused sometimes.

What even is the Biggest Losers diet? All I hear from shows like that is that they work the people ragged and severely restrict their diet well beyond what would be reasonable for long-term habit changes (and of course the typical 'they gained it back later' stories).
