crossfit circuit help

    Here are two (I can't access youtube from work, but a search there will give you video of each move):

    Burpee
    1) stand with your hands over your head.
    2) squat down and place your hands on the ground.
    3) kick your feet back behind you into a pushup position.
    4) do a push up.
    5) bring your feet back up to your arms.
    6) stand up and go into a jump with your arms over your head.

    Mountain climber
    1) Start in a pushup position
    2) bring one knee to your chest.
    3) bring the opposite knee to your chest while you return the previous foot back to where it was when you were in a push up position.
    4) continue to alternate feet fully forward and backward.

    Not sure about the Russian twist, but a youtube search should give you something.
