what should my activity level be

Hi, just started today need some help will be doing billy blanks cardio sculpt boot camp 3 days a week and his cardio inferno 3 days a week what should I put my activity as, I don't want to eat back exercise calories I rather pick an activity level and eat to that. eat to, I'm planning on doing yoga on my rest day. stats are 5'4, female, 37 and 172lbs. I'm sedentary otherwise

    Search and read up on "TDEE" (in the forums here and other sources if you wish).

    If you research and set your daiily intake to your TDEE, then you wouldn't eat back exercise calories and would eat the same amount each day regardless.
