Hi just joined today, Done diets before :blushing: but 2014 is going to be different have finally decided life style change is the way forward and hoping this site can help me. Any advise/encouragement would be appreciated - Regards all

Hi. Big fan of eating anything as long as it's in moderation and try and get regular exercise in (sorry realise how obvious this all sounds), find particularly with cardio it's a real chore to start but 2 or 3 runs in and I start to look forward to that healthy feeling you have after you've done it.
