Hi All,
I saw the link on the Today Show. I love the data base. I love that it tracks calories, fats, carbs and proteins. I love at the end of the day the programs tells me what I'll weigh if on this path. The program helps me not get to crazy and eat to little and burn out.
This program gives me the feeling of control and I just make better choices.
I have hope that this might be my vehicle for long term health and weight control :happy:

I told myself that I would try this for 1 month. Really record EVERYTHING that I ate. This is my 3rd week using this program. I wrote down that I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week. I have been following my calories, watching my fat, and I have lost 2 pounds a week. This program really works, if you are willing to stick with it.
Don't be discourge if the pounds do come off right away. My personal trainer says it takes most women 28 days before the weight starts to come off. That's how long it takes for your body to reset itself.0 -

I know. I think I'm addicted to counting calories now. It just takes the guess work out of loosing weight. Not only does it help you lose the weight, it also helps you to realise that you need to eat better. I've been on diets where i would starve myself and i would lose weight but i was sooooo hungry all the time. I never want to be hungry again. This web site has helped so much!
