No Way!!

Yesterday was my 21st birthday so I had a cheat day with my big breakfast, wonderful dinner and my mixed drinks of Mountain Dew and cotton candy vodka. However it was bad timing because today is my weight in day. I decided I just wouldn't let myself be discouraged no matter what the number on the scale said because I had to keep in mind my cheat day and my body retaining water from drinking all of that alcohol. So I did my weigh in this morning.. 136.4lbs!!! I started at 140lbs exactly a week ago. So even after my giant splurge yesterday for my 21st birthday and the large ammount of soda and alcohol of my drinks, I still weighed in 3.6 pounds less on my hungover dehydrated morning lol. I'm so excited!

Awesome! Hopefully it sticks. Sometimes splurges don't cause us to retain water weight.
Mountain Dew and cotton candy vodka? GROSS
My favorite is pineapple juice and wedding cake vodka. It takes like a pineapple upside down cake!
ETA: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!0 -

Cotton candy vodka is heaven! Your drink sounds good too aside from the fact that I dont like pineapple lol.
And thank you!!0 -
Keep in mind that sometimes you can weight less after drinking heavily because you're dehydrated. Hopefully it sticks, though!0

Happy 21st! Sounds to me like maybe you jump started your metabolism? I find that when I'm trying to lose weight and eat low cal most of the week and I crank up the cals one day, it actually boosts my weight loss! Hope you keep it goin0

I drank a few bottles of water before bed, I always do to sober up and avoid the spins invade I over drank lol. And I had a bottle this morning. So hopefully it's not low from dehydration and it sticks, thanks!0 -

Luckily I didn't have drunk snacks even though I bought them but I didn't eat them so hopefully my weight doesn't bounce back but if it does I won't be discouraged because losing anything makes me feel better about myself. Thank you for your support!0 -

I'll have to try some trial and error and see if that is what happened and if it works I'll stick to having one day a week where I go a little over on calories thanks!0 -
