Slim in Six

I'm currently doing the slim in six DVD set and am not sure how to enter it as exercise/calories burned! Any suggestions! I'm new to this LOL! Doing Start it Up!

Nice! Slim In 6 is a great program! Ideally you would want to invest in a heart rate monitor as it's really the only way of knowing exactly how much you personally burn. But if that's not an option for you, I'd put it in as aerobics or circuit training. Just know that the numbers that come up will be fairly generic!

Feel free to friend me! I have that program and have helped several people through it! :)

For calorie "guesstimates" log exercise under cardiovascular. Be aware MFP tends to be generous, so many people take a percentage off the top (say 40%)....then see how it goes.

    There are generic categories

    Aerobics .....low impact, general, etc.

Circuit training (this is actually cardio+weights)

    Strength training, pliates, yoga, etc.
