Question for those who use runtastic. Do you find that your calories lost seem a little high? I normally use my hrm but can't find my strap. If you do how do you calculate it to be more accurate when putting it in your diary?

I actually find the calories from Runtastic not too far off my HRM. I use the HRM figures but normally both figures are within acceptable limits to me so would happily use the Runtastic ones if I wasn't wearing my HRM0

I've never used Runtastic, I use Runkeeper instead but I find it pretty close.0
