    I'm really shooting to lose 2 pounds this week. I've been doing "okay" for a couple weeks in a row and just hanging around 170 and it's really pissing me off! Time to buckle down and do it already. I wanted to be at 160 by Labor Day, that's obviously not happening so I've changed that to when I leave for Hawaii (September 28). I lost 10 pounds in a month pretty much when I started with PSB so I need to regain that mentality. I've been doing a lot more strength training and since muscle weighs more than fat I know this goal might not be realistic. Oh well, we'll see!

    Svey - I was thinking about ya and meant to send you a message since I haven't seen you on here. Sorry to hear you're still really busy, but good for you for trying to at least still log. Hope things calm down soon!

    Okay I've really been struggling with going over on carbs. For the most part (85-90% of the time) I feel that I'm eating good, complex carbs. So it's not like "Well you eat cake and cookies every day, no wonder you're going over!" I'm just curious what changes you all have made to stay closer to your intended carb intake?

    Damn chips and salsa I ate this afternoon put me over! I knew I shouldn't have eaten them but they were calling my name. And THAT is exactly why I don't keep stuff like that in the house! Oh well, could have been worse and I have drank a good bit of water today to flush that out.

    My only request for a challenge would be staying within recommended carbs, but that's only because that's what I'm currently watching real closely.
