The minute I eat a couple of pieces of fruit, my sugar is way over. Aren't we supposed to eat fruit as part of a healthy diet? The honey I put in my tea this morning didn't help, but I am trying to stay away from refined sugar and artificial sweeteners.. Does anyone else have this problem?

The sugar macro is whack. The actual sugar from fruits is considered in the Carbs. IMO, change the sugar macro to something else like Fiber or sodium.0
