Hi, What are the top ways you manage stress. Needing some ideas, please! Besides exercise, of course! HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!

    Seeing that this is a family friendly forum, I will not mention violence or sex as I planned! So other than exercise, I'm kind of out of ideas! ;-) Just kidding!

    Some things I do to relieve stress usually involve mindless activities (watching a movie or TV) just to get your brain from thinking. Reading a good book is another. Exercise though seems to be the best way for me. I also like planning out races I want to do for the year. So I spend some time on websites like RunningintheUSA.com looking for regional races.
