Just turned 30 and need to get on it...

Recently turned 30. Always played football (Soccer) but been injured recently so had to tone it down.
Always been tall and skinny but have recently noticed ive been keeping the weight on. Currently weigh about 191lbs. Am 6ft 2 and always had a high metabolism and took this for granted!
Started in the gym about 2 months ago - 3 times a week, weight training and cardio but now using my fitness pal to get the food side of things sorted! Mainly concerned with the lower belly area (made worse over xmas). The weights are doing their thing but now my diet needs to... got a few stag do's abroad this year so want a decent beach body!

my main plan is to continue heavy weight exercise and cardio 3 - 4 times a week, reduce my calories, cut a load of carbs and reduce sugar intake. So maybe in the next 6 weeks i can shed the slighty belly i have attained!
