I started at over 300 pounds and was obese my whole life. I am 5'1 and currently weighing 136 for the first time in my adult life. I would love to be in the 120's. Never really thought I would get this far so reality is feeling very surreal. We got this and can always use the extra encouragement! Please feel free to add me if you want. I am always up for any advice as well. Thanks

My inspiration is how great I felt at 130-135 lbs! I felt so full of life and had so much energy. I want to get back there.

Hi I am just starting using the app again to keep a check on my intake - i am currently 189lb and aim to get to 120, i am really going for it and have agreed to do a small triahlon(:noway: ) in september (yes i really am that mad and driven) and am using insanity (but snails version lol) to get more health in 2014. my main problem is consistency around daily life so trying to get a balance of food and exercise will be my main focus week by week. may need some support and would like to support others too to reach their goals.

I'm 5'2", hate to admit that I've now reached 145 and am going to give it my all to get back down to around 115. Would love to join a group of others in similar situations so we can help each other help ourselves! Feel free to add me!
