Home exercise equipment help!

Ok guys, I have no workout equipment in my home at all and I really want something, but I don't know what I should invest in. What was some small things to have around with house to have to help me blast fat?

  • You really don't need anything to start other than a great attitude. Body weight exercises can get the heart rate up and strengthen all of your muscles easily. Squats, Lunges, Push ups, plank positions, climbing stairs if you have them, etc are all great ways to get started. Have fun with it and enjoy the transformation!!

    Resistance bands, Beach body DVDS, and/or a Total Gym.You can't go wrong.

    use your own body weight...push ups on the floor or againts the wall in between commercials when watch in tv
