This is my year (again!)...friend me

I just turned 31 and have been obsessed with diet and fitness for roughly seven years, sometimes. I say that because I can peak with my best effort ever then fall off the mountain and eat everything in sight. I spend hours tediously planning meals, intake, outtake ....like an obsession then won't give a rats *kitten* for weeks, I really need to find a balance.

I have a soon to be five year old. I was in the best shape ever prior to getting pg, then gained 80 lbs. Most of that I lost on my own, but used weight watchers to lose 15 of my last 25 lbs. I changed jobs and the WW plan changed and I just couldn't get back into it.

I weighed in at 174lbs just before the new year and want to get to 160lbs. That's always my goal so I'm trying to make this time different and push to 150lbs. I'm also running my second marathon in May.

So for 2014, I want to use MFP like I never have before, lose 25lbs and run two half marathons.

If any of this sounds like someone you can relate to, friend me cuz I have zero!

    Welcome to MFP! I know the feeling about the obsessive....I've done that too. Unfortunately, I've found that if I'm not a wee bit off my rocker about it, I will (and have) gained weight.
