Don't discourage the noobs! If wanting as many people as possible to be healthy, happy, and fit for purely humanitarian reasons doesn't motivate you to be friendly, then just remember that most of them have paid for an annual membership but will be gone by the end of February - and their membership fees help keep the gym in business.

That's unless you get a free membership through work, then they are a pain in the neck and need to hurry up in the olympic bar cages so I can do my squats. : )0
